a member of the group for over 39 years. His father, Dale Shelnut, was one
of the founding members of the Dixie Echoes. Randy is also a talented
songwriter, and the group has recorded many of his
compositions.

with being a wonderful vocalist, Randy Jr. is one of the finest musicians
in gospel music, playing instruments such as the bass guitar, drums, keyboards,
and guitars. His talent undeniably creates a mature musical foundation for
the Dixie Echoes.
